Zlexironchraxell provides professional tree care, bush pruning, and related garden maintenance services in Brisbane and surrounding areas. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.
Service bookings are confirmed upon mutual agreement of date, time, and scope of work. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur a fee to cover scheduling costs.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, bank transfer, and major credit cards. Invoices not paid within 30 days may incur late payment fees.
All tree care and bush pruning work will be performed according to industry best practices and arboricultural standards. Any changes to the agreed scope of work must be approved in writing before proceeding.
Clients must provide clear access to all areas requiring tree care services. Any obstacles, hazards, or underground utilities must be disclosed prior to work commencing. Clients are responsible for securing pets during service visits.
Zlexironchraxell carries full public liability insurance. We take every precaution to protect your property during tree care services. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, hidden defects, or issues not disclosed prior to service.
Tree care services may be postponed due to adverse weather conditions for safety reasons. We will reschedule at the earliest convenient time. No fees apply for weather-related postponements.
We guarantee the quality of our workmanship. If you are not satisfied with our tree care services, please contact us within 7 days and we will address your concerns promptly.
